为观察黄芩提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌等致病菌的抑菌活性,试验采用试管二倍稀释法,测定黄芩提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的体外抑菌活性;采用相同浓度致病菌灌胃小鼠后,分别用黄芩提取物灌胃治疗,测定小鼠十二指肠、空肠、回肠和盲肠中肠道菌群数量。结果表明,无论在体外还是体内,黄芩提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌均具有抑制作用,且对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制性最强,对大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌抑制性较弱;且通过灌注黄芩提取物,显著降低了各致病菌致病后小鼠的死亡率。通过研究得出,黄芩提取物对常见的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌等致病菌具有较明显的体内外抑菌作用。

위관찰황금제취물대금황색포도구균、대장간균화사문씨균등치병균적억균활성,시험채용시관이배희석법,측정황금제취물대금황색포도구균、대장간균화사문씨균적체외억균활성;채용상동농도치병균관위소서후,분별용황금제취물관위치료,측정소서십이지장、공장、회장화맹장중장도균군수량。결과표명,무론재체외환시체내,황금제취물대금황색포도구균、대장간균화사문씨균균구유억제작용,차대금황색포도구균억제성최강,대대장간균화사문씨균억제성교약;차통과관주황금제취물,현저강저료각치병균치병후소서적사망솔。통과연구득출,황금제취물대상견적금황색포도구균、대장간균화사문씨균등치병균구유교명현적체내외억균작용。
To observe the antibacterial activity of scutellaria baicalensis extract against staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli and salmonella,the antibacterial activity of scutellaria baicalensis extract against staphylococcus aureus,escherichiacoli and salmonella were determined in vitro by the test of tube two times dilution method. Scutellaria baicalensis was injected into stomach of the treated mice by the same concentration of staphylococcus aureus,escherichiacoli and salmonella in vivo,the number of bacteria in duodenum,jejunum,ileum and cecum of mice was determined respectively. The results showed that scutellaria baicalensis extract had the inhibitory effects on staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli and salmonella,and suppress the strongest inhibition on staphylococcus aureus,the weaker of escherichia coli and salmonella,and the perfusion of scutellaria baicalensis extract significantly reduced the mice mortality of each pathogen causing. The research showed that the antibacterial effects of scutellaria baicalensis extract on staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli and salmonella was obvious in vivo and in vitro.
