采用自由基溶液聚合法,以过氧化苯甲酰( BPO)为引发剂合成丙烯酸酯乳液。讨论了丙烯酸( AA)加入量、溶剂类型、引发剂用量和中和剂类型对丙烯酸酯乳液表观及薄膜附着性能的影响,并考察了固化剂用量对附着性能的影响。聚合物乳液用红外和热重进行表征,扫描电镜观察了硬化膜表面。研究结果表明:以正丁醇为溶剂,N,N-二甲基乙醇胺为中和剂,w( AA)=7%和w( BPO)=1.2%(均相对于单体总质量而言),w(固化剂)=8%(相对于乳液干重)可得到耐水煮10min 的硬化膜。聚合物热分解温度为394.7℃,硬化膜层未脱落。

Acrylate emulsion was synthesized by free radical solution polymerization,with benzoyl peroxide as in-itiator agent. The dosage of acrylic acid,solvent types,dosage of initiator agent and neutralization agent types were analyzed,which decided acrylate emusion apparent and adhesive force of polyethylene terephthalate( PET) ,the in-fluence of curing agent dosage on PET adhesive force was investigated as well. The polymer was measured by infra-red spectroscopy and thermogravimetric,the hard coating film was measured by scanning electron microscopy. Sol-vent was n-butyl alcohol,acrylic acid was 7% weight percent of the total monomer,the dosage of initiator was 1. 2%of total monomers mass,with N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine as neutralization agent. Hard coat film was obtained with curing agent was 8% weight percent of solid acrylate latex,which endured ten minutes in boiling water. The decom-position temperature of polymer was 394. 7 degrees centigrade,and the hard coating was firmly combined.
