采用红外光谱、核磁共振交联密度仪及差示扫描量热仪等现代仪器分析方法研究环氧化天然橡胶生胶加速贮存老化期间分子结构与性能变化。结果表明:随着贮存时间的增加伴随着氧化降解现象的发生,环氧化天然橡胶的分子不断进行自然交联,交联密度与程度逐渐增大,老化12 h时达到最大,随后出现下降趋势。
採用紅外光譜、覈磁共振交聯密度儀及差示掃描量熱儀等現代儀器分析方法研究環氧化天然橡膠生膠加速貯存老化期間分子結構與性能變化。結果錶明:隨著貯存時間的增加伴隨著氧化降解現象的髮生,環氧化天然橡膠的分子不斷進行自然交聯,交聯密度與程度逐漸增大,老化12 h時達到最大,隨後齣現下降趨勢。

The variations of molecular structure and properties of epoxidized natural rubber( ENR) during accel-erated storage were studied by FTIR,NMR and DSC. The results indicated that oxidative degradation was occuried with the prolonging of the storage time,automatic crosslinking between the molecular of epoxidized natural rubber was happened gradually. The crosslinking density and extent also increased gradually. It reached the maximum when the aging time was 12h,and then decreased gradually.
