Large-sized and low pressure ammonia synthesis plant was newly built in the Shandong Dahua Chemical Engineering Science and Technolo-gy Company Ltd., in order to enlarge the production scale, and to form a superiority with a scale of “50-80”synthetic ammonia/urea.Author has intro-duced the flow sheet and main equipment of this plant, summarization was made for the main task of the original start-up, and moreover the matters should be noticed in the production were presented.
