Shell pulverized coal gasification process was used in the gasification section of Hebi Chemical Engineering Sub -company’ s Methanol Plant, Henan Energy Chemical-Engineering Group.Author has introduced the application situation for shift flow sheet with low proportion of water and gas.Result indicates that by using of adjustment and control in stage , not only it can efficiently avoid the problem of the temperature easily to be exceed in bed of shift process with high proportion of water and gas, but also the energy saving effect is obvious, expense can be saved by more than 10 000 000 Yuan RMB annually.
