以某型号换热器的异形法兰为研究对象,应用有限元软件ANSYS分析了稳态条件下异形法兰的温度场,并计算了该异形法兰在温度载荷与压力载荷作用下的应力分布。根据ASME规范对异形法兰的危险受力部位进行了强度评定,结果表明,换热器异形法兰的强度满足安全要求。
以某型號換熱器的異形法蘭為研究對象,應用有限元軟件ANSYS分析瞭穩態條件下異形法蘭的溫度場,併計算瞭該異形法蘭在溫度載荷與壓力載荷作用下的應力分佈。根據ASME規範對異形法蘭的危險受力部位進行瞭彊度評定,結果錶明,換熱器異形法蘭的彊度滿足安全要求。

Taking the special-shaped flange for a type of heat exchanger as the researching object, applying the finite element software ANSYS, author has analyzed the temperature field of special-shaped flange under stable condition, and also calculated the stress distribution of this special-shaped flange under the action of both temperature and pressure loads.According to ASME code,strength evaluation was made for the dangerously forced portion of the special-shaped flange, result indicates that strength of the special-shaped flange of the heat exchanger can satisfy the safety requirement.
