国内已有十余种低阶煤热解提质技术处于建设、试运行阶段,然而提质固体产品(半焦)的大规模、高效率利用尚未取得实质性进展。介绍了我国低阶煤利用现状,分析了低阶煤及其热解半焦的性质,对低阶煤热解制浆耦合技术的工艺流程和工程进展进行了探讨。

Upgrading technology for pyrolysis of more than 10 kinds of low rank coal was in the constructed and commissioned stage in China,however substantial progress has not been achieved yet in utilization with large scale and high efficiency for upgrading solid product ( char) .Author has introduced the presently utilizing situation of low rank coal in China, has analyzed the property for low rank coal and its pyrolysis of char, and has discussed the flow sheet and project progress for coupling technology in preparing slurry by pyrolysis of low rank coal.
