介绍了热轧卷板中的非金属夹杂物的来源、种类及验收标准,研究了非金属夹杂物对HFW焊管质量的影响。研究结果表明,热轧卷板中的非金属夹杂物是形成HFW焊缝钩状裂纹的主要原因;在对焊缝进行超声波检测时,焊缝附近的母材夹杂物是造成探伤降级的原因之一;焊缝熔合线附近的非金属夹杂物的数量和分布对焊缝的冲击韧性有着较大的影响,特别是位于夏比冲击试样缺口附近的非金属夹杂物,能够使焊缝冲击功明显降低。最后提出了热轧卷板非金属夹杂物的控制措施。

In this article, it introduced the source, kind and acceptance criteria of nonmetallic inclusion in hot rolled coil (HRC), studied the influence of nonmetallic inclusion on HFW pipe quality. The results showed that the nonmetallic inclusion in HRC is the main reason caused groove crack of HFW weld;during ultrasonic testing for weld, the base metal inclusions adjacent to the weld is one of the causes of flaw detection degradation.;the quantity and distribution of nonmetallic inclusion adjacent to the weld fusion line is with great influence on impact toughness, especially the nonmetallic inclusion near to the Charpy impact test specimen notch can obviously reduce weld impact energy. Finally, it put forward control measures to HRC nonmetallic inclusion.
