摩擦叠焊由于其焊接质量受水深影响很小,因此较适用于水下修复的固相焊接。为了研究塞棒材料对DH36钢干式摩擦叠焊力学性能的影响,在进行水下焊接试验之前,先通过干法摩擦叠焊的试验来研究该方法的焊接过程。针对两种塞棒材料,进行了干式摩擦叠焊在空气中焊接的焊缝力学性能的对比研究,对焊接过后焊缝的拉伸、弯曲以及冲击韧性等进行了对比,结果表明强度级别相差不大的钢作为塞棒材料进行摩擦叠焊时,焊缝的力学性能差异不大。
摩抆疊銲由于其銲接質量受水深影響很小,因此較適用于水下脩複的固相銲接。為瞭研究塞棒材料對DH36鋼榦式摩抆疊銲力學性能的影響,在進行水下銲接試驗之前,先通過榦法摩抆疊銲的試驗來研究該方法的銲接過程。針對兩種塞棒材料,進行瞭榦式摩抆疊銲在空氣中銲接的銲縫力學性能的對比研究,對銲接過後銲縫的拉伸、彎麯以及遲擊韌性等進行瞭對比,結果錶明彊度級彆相差不大的鋼作為塞棒材料進行摩抆疊銲時,銲縫的力學性能差異不大。

Due to the welding quality is slightly affected by water depth, so the friction stitch is more suitable for solid-phase welding of underwater repair. In order to study the influence of stopper material on the mechanical properties of DH36 steel dry-type friction stitch welding, before underwater welding experiment, it researched the welding process of the above welding method through dry-type friction stitch welding experiment. Aim at 2 kinds of stopper material, in this article it compared the mechanical properties of weld obtained by adopting dry-type friction stitch welding, including tensile performance, bending performance, and impact toughness etc. The test results showed that when several kinds of steel with a little difference in grade are used as stopper material to do friction stitch welding, the difference of weld mechanical properties is not big.
