针对合成氨装置原始开车以来暴露的部分设备或工艺问题,山东恒昌聚材化工科技股份有限公司决定对焦炉煤气、甲醇弛放气制合成氨装置进行技术改造,改造结果表明,工艺流程更加合理,装置能长周期安全稳定运行,提高了装置的经济性,综合节能减排效果和经济效益十分显著,年可节约费用约120万元,达到了节能降耗的目的。
針對閤成氨裝置原始開車以來暴露的部分設備或工藝問題,山東恆昌聚材化工科技股份有限公司決定對焦爐煤氣、甲醇弛放氣製閤成氨裝置進行技術改造,改造結果錶明,工藝流程更加閤理,裝置能長週期安全穩定運行,提高瞭裝置的經濟性,綜閤節能減排效果和經濟效益十分顯著,年可節約費用約120萬元,達到瞭節能降耗的目的。

In allusion to problems of the partial equipment and process exposed from synthetic ammonia plant since putting into original start-up, it was decided that technical reformation was made for plant of synthetic ammonia made by coking-oven gas and releasing gas from methanol, reformation re-sult indicates that flow sheet is more national, the plant can run safely and stably with long term, economy of the plant is increased, comprehensive energy conservation and emission reduction effect and the economic benefit are very obvious, annually saving expense is about 1 200 000 Yuan,it reaches to the purpose of energy conservation and consume reduction.
