介绍了杭州龙山化工的100 kt/a双加压法稀硝装置自投产以来,存在低压反应水冷器列管泄漏、废热锅炉爆管和夏季产量偏低等问题和不足,针对该情况对低压反应水冷器、废热锅炉和冷冻脱湿装置进行技术改造,技改结果表明:综合项目投运后年效益为111.2万元,取得了良好的效果。

Author has introduced the problems and deficiency of tube leakage existed in low pressure reaction water cooler, tube rupture existed in waste heat boiler and the production on the low side in the summer and so on since putting into operation in the dilute nitric acid plant with a capacity of 100 kt/a by double pressurization method in the Hangzhou Longshan Chemical Engineering Company Ltd ., in allusion to this situation the technical refor-mation was made for low pressure reaction water cooler, waste heat boiler and the refrigeration dehumidification device, technical reformation result indi-cates that annual benefit is 1 112 000 Yuan RMB since having put into operation of the comprehensive project, and has a good effect.
