[目的]研究树脂从炭样小单孢菌发酵液中分离纯化抗生素的可行性,并探讨树脂吸附动力学及吸附等温线。[方法]采用琼脂糖扩散方法检测发酵液中抗生素的生物活性。[结果]717阴离子树脂能够吸附炭样小单孢菌发酵液中抗生素。在 pH5.0,吸附时间为2.5 h 的条件下,717阴离子树脂的吸附量为1221 U/g,吸附等温线符合 Freundlich 模型。[结论]该研究将为分离纯化炭样小单孢菌发酵液中抗生素奠定基础。

[목적]연구수지종탄양소단포균발효액중분리순화항생소적가행성,병탐토수지흡부동역학급흡부등온선。[방법]채용경지당확산방법검측발효액중항생소적생물활성。[결과]717음리자수지능구흡부탄양소단포균발효액중항생소。재 pH5.0,흡부시간위2.5 h 적조건하,717음리자수지적흡부량위1221 U/g,흡부등온선부합 Freundlich 모형。[결론]해연구장위분리순화탄양소단포균발효액중항생소전정기출。
Objective] ln this study, the feasibility of resins to extract antibacterial sub-stances in fermentation broth of Micromonospora carbonacea JXNU-1 was investi-gated. Various parameters including the type of resin, the time of adsorption and the initial pH on the extraction efficiency were investigated and optimized. [Method] The antibacterial activity of antibiotics was determined by agar diffusion method. [Result] The 717 anion resin was selected as the optimal, and its adsorption capaci-ty reached 1 221 U/g within 2.5 h at the acidic range of pH (pH 5). The Freundlich model was fit for the adsorption model of the 717 anion resin for antibiotics. [Con-clusion] The results laid the foundation for further separating and purifying antibiotics in fermentation broth of Micromonospora carbonacea JXNU-1.
