[目的]探讨十字花科白菜根肿病菌在不同温度、pH值条件下致病性。[方法]采用根肿病菌和土壤混合法，在休眠孢子浓度1×108（个/g土）条件下，设置7个温度及6个土壤 pH值梯度，进行根肿病菌对白菜致病性测定，90 d后拔根调查根肿病菌侵染发病情况。[结果]在 pH值6时，不同温度梯度间白菜根肿病发病株率存在较大差异，其发病株率从高到低的温度为30℃>25℃>20℃>35℃>15℃>10℃>5℃。 5℃和10℃条件下，其根肿病菌侵染力弱，不发病或发病株率较低；15~30℃条件下随温度升高发病率增加，但在35℃条件下，发病株率降低。温度25℃条件下，pH值为4、5、6、7、8、9的白菜发病株率分别为80.36%、100%、65%、10.77%、3.23%、0.0%。 pH值4发病率虽高，但白菜生长受抑制，生长弱，存活率低。pH值7和8时，发病率较低， pH值9时没有发病，在 pH值5和6时，植株生长良好，发病率也较高。[结论]该研究结果表明根肿病菌侵染发病与温度、土壤pH值关系密切。

[목적]탐토십자화과백채근종병균재불동온도、pH치조건하치병성。[방법]채용근종병균화토양혼합법，재휴면포자농도1×108（개/g토）조건하，설치7개온도급6개토양 pH치제도，진행근종병균대백채치병성측정，90 d후발근조사근종병균침염발병정황。[결과]재 pH치6시，불동온도제도간백채근종병발병주솔존재교대차이，기발병주솔종고도저적온도위30℃>25℃>20℃>35℃>15℃>10℃>5℃。 5℃화10℃조건하，기근종병균침염력약，불발병혹발병주솔교저；15~30℃조건하수온도승고발병솔증가，단재35℃조건하，발병주솔강저。온도25℃조건하，pH치위4、5、6、7、8、9적백채발병주솔분별위80.36%、100%、65%、10.77%、3.23%、0.0%。 pH치4발병솔수고，단백채생장수억제，생장약，존활솔저。pH치7화8시，발병솔교저， pH치9시몰유발병，재 pH치5화6시，식주생장량호，발병솔야교고。[결론]해연구결과표명근종병균침염발병여온도、토양pH치관계밀절。
Objective] This study was conducted to investigate the pathogenicity of Plasmodiophora brassicae on cabbage grown under different temperature and soil pH conditions. [Method] The pathogenicity of P. brassicae were tested at seven dif-ferent temperatures and at six different soil pH values with the resting spore con-centration of 1×108 (spores/g) in the soil. The plant survival rate and incidence rate of clubroot were investigated after 90 d. [Result] The incidence rate of clubroot on cabbage among the different temperature sets varied in a descending order as fol-lows: 30 ℃>25 ℃>20 ℃>35 ℃>15 ℃>10 ℃>5 ℃ at soil pH value of 6, indicating that the pathogenicity of P. brassicae was weak at 5 and 10 ℃. The incidence rate increased with soil temperature increasing from 15 to 30 ℃, but decreased at 35℃. The incidence rates of clubroot were 80.36%, 100%, 65%, 10.77%, 3.23% and 0% at soil pH 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 at 25 ℃, respectively. The growth of cabbage was inhibited and the survival rate was reduced at pH 4.The incidence rates of clubroot were low at pH value of 7 and 8, and was 0% at pH 9. The Chinese cabbage grew better at pH value of 5 and 6, but had high incidence rates of club-root. [Conclusion] The results revealed that the incidence rate of clubroot on cab-bage was closely related to the temperature and soil pH.
