利用三重四级杆液质联用仪 LC-MSMS研究了环境因子对小麦籽粒中 DON毒素的降解影响,不同处理得到的 DON毒素降解半衰期范围在54.57~71.44 d,150 d后降解率为78.85%~87.00%,对毒素的降解有加快作用的是自然光>强光(10000 lx)>黑暗,90%湿度>50%湿度,而高温并不能加快毒素的降解。

ln this study, the influences of various environmental factors on the degradation of deoxynivalenol (DON) in wheat grains were investigated using a triple quadrupole LC-MS/MS system. After being treated under different conditions for 150 d, DON toxin in wheat grains exhibited the degradation rate of 78.85%-87.00% and degradation half-life of 54.57-71.44 d. According to the accelerating effects of differ-ent conditions on DON degradation, natural light > strong light (10 000 lx) > dark-ness, 90% humidity >50% humidity, but high temperature could not accelerate the degradation of DON toxin.
