以筛选出的生物环保材料 PHA 高产菌株 SJ-9为初始菌株,对其发酵培养条件进行优化,以丁酸钠、碳氮比例、pH、温度、转速、装液量、误差7种因素,利用L18(37)正交试验设计进行条件优化,经实验得出适宜的发酵条件组合为:丁酸钠为2 g/L,碳氮比例为40,pH为7.5,温度为26℃,转速为150 r/min,装液量200 mL/L.此条件下,PHA产量为3.31 g/L.相对其未优化条件产量提高46.5%.

With the selected high-producing strain SJ-9 of the biological environmental protection material PHA as the initial strain, the fermentation and culture conditions are optimized with L18(37) orthogonal experiment, in terms of sodium butyrate, PH, temperature, rotate speed, loaded liquid and error. The experiment shows that the appropriate fermentation condition is got when sodium butyrate is 2 g/L, the ratio of carbon and nitrogen is 40, pH is 7.5, temperature is 26℃, rotate speed is 150 r/min and the loaded liquid is 200 mL/L. Under this optimized condition, the PHA production is 3.31 g/L which is increased by 46.5 % when compared to former conditions.
