目的:研究芪加口服液对电离辐射损伤小鼠造血功能的防护作用。方法50只小鼠按数字表法随机分为对照组、模型组、芪加口服液低、中和高剂量组(100、200、400 mg/kg),60Coγ射线照射,吸收剂量6.0 Gy。测定白细胞数、脾指数、内源性脾结节数、骨髓有核细胞数和骨髓DNA含量。结果照后第9天给药组受照小鼠的股骨有核细胞数、DNA含量、白细胞数、脾结节和脾指数与模型组相比均有明显的增高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论芪加口服液对辐射损伤小鼠造血系统有保护作用。

목적:연구기가구복액대전리복사손상소서조혈공능적방호작용。방법50지소서안수자표법수궤분위대조조、모형조、기가구복액저、중화고제량조(100、200、400 mg/kg),60Coγ사선조사,흡수제량6.0 Gy。측정백세포수、비지수、내원성비결절수、골수유핵세포수화골수DNA함량。결과조후제9천급약조수조소서적고골유핵세포수、DNA함량、백세포수、비결절화비지수여모형조상비균유명현적증고(P<0.01혹P<0.05)。결론기가구복액대복사손상소서조혈계통유보호작용。
Objective To study the protective effect of Qijia oral liquid on hematopoiesis in mice with radiation injury . Methods Fifty mice were randomly divided into the control group , the model group, the low, moderate and high dosage of Qijia oral liquid groups (100, 200, 400 mg/kg).The animals were irradiated with 60Co gamma ray with an absorbed dosage of 6.0 Gy.The number of white blood cells , spleen index , the number of endogenous spleen nodules , bone marrow nucleated cells and DNA content were measured and analyzed .Results Nine days after gamma ray exposure , the number of nucleated cells , DNA content, the number of white blood cells , spleen nodules and spleen index in all the drug groups were increased significantly , as compared with those of the model group (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Qijia oral liquid presented a protective effect on the hematopoietic system in mice with radiation injury .
