目的:探讨全自动毛细管电泳仪在HbE病检测中的应用价值,为今后临床检测提供参考和借鉴。方法选取2013年10月至2014年10月期间在我院接受检测的孕妇及其配偶7311例的样本为研究对象,根据其临床资料进行回顾性分析和研究,探讨全自动毛细管电泳仪在HbE病检测中的应用价值。结果接受检测的7311例样本中共检测出HbE带25例,其检出率为0.34%。 HbE带定量最小值为14.2%,最大值为84.6%,平均值为(29.68±14.56)%,其中包括HbE复合α地贫5例,HbE复合β地贫为3例,HbE杂合子15例,HbE纯合子2例;地贫基因检测结果与全自动毛细管电泳仪的检查结果相比没有差异,P>0.05,符合率为100%。结论全自动毛细管电泳仪在HbE病检测中发挥着重要的作用,不仅可以分析出HbE带,还可以区分出HbE病是杂合子或是纯合子,是筛查血红蛋白HbE的理想方式。

Objective To explore application value of full-automatic capillary electrophoresis apparatus in HbE disease de-tection, and provide reference for clinical detection in the future. Methods A total of 7311 specimens of pregnant women and their spouses who received detections during the period from October, 2013 to October, 2014 were selected as research subjects, retrospective analysis and research were conducted according to their clinical data, and the application value of automatic capillary electrophoresis apparatus in HbE disease detection was explored. Results HbE bands were detected in 25 of 7311 specimens, and the detectable rate was 0.34%. The minimum and maximum quantitative value of HbE band was 14.2% and 84.6% respectively, the average value was (29.68 ±14.56)%, including 5 cases of HbE compound α thalassemia, 3 cases of HbE compound β tha-lassemia, 15 cases of HbE heterozygote and 2 cases of homozygous HbE, and there was no difference between examination results of thalassemia gene detection and that of fully automatic capillary electrophoresis apparatus(P>0.05), and the coincidence rate was 100%. Conclusions Fully automatic capillary electrophoresis apparatus plays an important role in the detection of HbE disease, it is not only capable of analyzing HbE band, but also can distinguish if HbE disease is heterozygous or homozygous. It is an ideal way to screening HbE hemoglobin.
