Rural banks, which born seven years ago, develop slowly in the rural areas in China. Compared with most Chinese-funded rural banks, foreign-funded rural banks more practice the target of“supporting for agriculture and small client”,and service for farmers. Their credit model maximize the geographical advantage of China’s rural ar-eas, focusing on neighborhood evaluation. Foreign-funded rural banks are good at the combination of market and hu-mane management,which highlight the distinct cultural characteristics.
