目的:初步探讨核因子κB(NF-κB)/B细胞淋巴瘤2(Bcl-2)信号通路与糖原合成激酶3β(GSK-3β)在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)组织中的表达情况,为OSCC的早期诊断及治疗提供参考。方法收集OSCC标本55例及癌旁组织10例,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测OSCC组织及癌旁组织中GSK-3β、NF-κB及Bcl-2的表达情况,并分析三者相互之间的表达关系及三者与患者临床病理参数之间的关系。结果 GSK-3β、NF-κB及Bcl-2在OSCC中的表达高于癌旁组织中的表达(P<0.01),且三者与患者年龄、性别以及临床分期无明显关系(P>0.05)。Bcl-2在不同组织学分化程度的OSCC组织中的表达有统计学差异(P<0.05),而GSK-3β及NF-κB在不同组织学分化程度的OSCC中的表达无统计学差异(P>0.05)。GSK-3β、NF-κB及Bcl-2在OSCC中的表达均两两相关(P<0.05)。结论 GSK-3β、NF-κB及Bcl-2在OSCC组织中的表达显著高于癌旁组织中的表达,检测GSK-3β、NF-κB及Bcl-2的表达水平对于OSCC的早期诊断和预后估计有一定的临床意义。

목적:초보탐토핵인자κB(NF-κB)/B세포림파류2(Bcl-2)신호통로여당원합성격매3β(GSK-3β)재구강린상세포암(OSCC)조직중적표체정황,위OSCC적조기진단급치료제공삼고。방법수집OSCC표본55례급암방조직10례,채용면역조직화학SP법검측OSCC조직급암방조직중GSK-3β、NF-κB급Bcl-2적표체정황,병분석삼자상호지간적표체관계급삼자여환자림상병리삼수지간적관계。결과 GSK-3β、NF-κB급Bcl-2재OSCC중적표체고우암방조직중적표체(P<0.01),차삼자여환자년령、성별이급림상분기무명현관계(P>0.05)。Bcl-2재불동조직학분화정도적OSCC조직중적표체유통계학차이(P<0.05),이GSK-3β급NF-κB재불동조직학분화정도적OSCC중적표체무통계학차이(P>0.05)。GSK-3β、NF-κB급Bcl-2재OSCC중적표체균량량상관(P<0.05)。결론 GSK-3β、NF-κB급Bcl-2재OSCC조직중적표체현저고우암방조직중적표체,검측GSK-3β、NF-κB급Bcl-2적표체수평대우OSCC적조기진단화예후고계유일정적림상의의。
Objective This study aims to examine the expression of nuclear factor κB (NF-κB)/B cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2) signal pathway and glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK-3β) in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and provide references for the early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of OSCC. Methods A total of 55 cases of OSCC and 10 cases of paracan-cerous mucosa were examined in this study. Their expressions of GSK-3β, NF-κB and Bcl-2 were detected using the SP me-thod immunohistochemistry. The correlation between their expression in OSCC and the clinical and pathological peculiarity of OSCC was analyzed. Results The positive expression of GSK-3β, NF-κB, and Bcl-2 in OSCC were significantly higher than that in paracancerous mucosa (P<0.01). The expression of GSK-3β, NF-κB, and Bcl-2 had no obvious relationship with patient’s age, sex, and clinical stages of the disease (P>0.05). The expression of Bcl-2 was significantly correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation (P<0.05), whereas the expression of GSK-3β and NF-κB in OSCC had no obvious relation-ship with the degree of tumor differentiation (P>0.05). Strong positive correlations were observed among the expressions of GSK-3β, NF-κB, and Bcl-2 (P<0.05). Conclusion The positive expression of GSK-3β, NF-κB, and Bcl-2 in OSCC are sig-nificantly higher than that in paracancerous mucosa. Detecting GSK-3β, NF-κB, and Bcl-2 in OSCC may have implications in the early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of OSCC.
