我国消费金融公司试点启动4年来，总体运行平稳，业务规模稳步扩大，成为我国实现普惠金融目标的重要载体。本文在介绍我国“银行系”及“非银行系”消费金融公司发展的基础上，认为我国现行消费金融公司在客户、业务、服务、风险控制等方面具有普惠性特征，但面临产品“类银行化”、放贷成本高、经营地域受限等困境，必须从加大政策支持力度、补充消费金融公司资金来源渠道等方面促进其发展。

By virtue of their own advan-tages and characteristics, Consumer Finance Companies have played a very good role out of the traditional bank con-sumer credit business. Basing on introducing the development of our country’s Consumer Finance Companies,this pa-per analyzes the current inclusion characteristic,the management situation and difficulties facing by China’s Consum-er Finance Companies. Finally it puts forward some further development policy recommendations of China’s Consumer Finance Companies.
