平安银行作为国内最大的金融集团之一，借助中国平安的综合金融平台，其互联网金融业务将大有可为。本文通过重点关注平安银行互联网金融业务的发展，并与其他金融企业互联网金融业务进行对比，认为互联网金融业务优化了平安银行的盈利能力和企业价值，使其在同类银行中更具竞争性，但在转型过渡期内应明确定位和发展规划，形成特色核心竞争力。

Ping’an Bank,as one of three main businesses of China Ping’an (one of the largest financial groups of China),will make its Internet banking business stronger using Ping’an Group’s financial platform. This article focuses on the development of Ping’an Bank’s Internet banking business and compares it with other financial enterprises.Inter-net banking business has improved Ping’an bank’s profitability and enterprise value,which makes it more competitive. But it should clear its localization and development planning to implement its core competitiveness.
