以复合磷脂酶法制备甘油磷脂酰胆碱萃取液中脂肪酸为底物,利用超声辅助法催化脂肪酸与甲醇之间的转酯化反应,通过响应面法优化确立最优反应条件为甲醇与萃取液体积比16.45∶1,超声辅助甲酯化反应时间16.04 min,超声功率311.4 W, NaOH催化剂用量1.9%,在此条件下脂肪酸甲酯转化率为92.57%。
以複閤燐脂酶法製備甘油燐脂酰膽堿萃取液中脂肪痠為底物,利用超聲輔助法催化脂肪痠與甲醇之間的轉酯化反應,通過響應麵法優化確立最優反應條件為甲醇與萃取液體積比16.45∶1,超聲輔助甲酯化反應時間16.04 min,超聲功率311.4 W, NaOH催化劑用量1.9%,在此條件下脂肪痠甲酯轉化率為92.57%。

The fatty acid in extract of compound phosphatide enzyme preparation of glycerin phosphatidyl choline is set as substrate in this research. Ultrasonic treatment is assisted to catalyze the esterification reaction, the optimal reaction condition is established by response surface method methanol∶the extract ratio of 16.45∶1, ultrasonic treated time of 16.04 min, ultrasonic power 311.4 W, dosage of NaOH 1.90%, under this condition, the fatty acid methyl ester conversion is 92.57%.
