近30年来，我国金融标准化发展经历了孕育期、成长期和加速期三个阶段。“十三五”时期的政策导向应包括全面创新金融标准化管理体制机制，积极以标准化支持投资审批“简政放权”改革，力求加快研制和优化调整并重，努力提升我国金融标准国际化水平。

This article divides the development stage of China financial standardization into the embryonic period, growth period and accelerated period, shows evolution trend of China financial standardization in the nearly 30 years, analyses strategic opportunities and main problems, explores the policy-oriented in the "Thirteen Five" periods, that’s, comprehensively innovate management system and mechanism of China financial standardization, actively support "decentralization" reform of investment approval by means of standardization, equally seek to accelerate the development and optimization of adjustment, positively enhance the level ofinternationalization of China financial standard.
