随着输电线路电压等级的提高,风噪声等可听噪声问题日趋严重,已经成为线路设计、建设中必须要解决的环境问题之一。分别介绍了输电线路导线风噪声、绝缘子串风噪声和杆塔风噪声及其产生机理,说明了风速、传播距离等与风噪声频率之间的关系;研究了有关输电线路风噪声的测量方法以及噪声源的定位方法,按照数据用途提出了所需测量的主要参数;介绍并讨论了导线风噪声水平的预测方法与评价手段,总结提出了针对现有输电线路及新设线路风噪声的相关防治对策和实施方法,为今后开展相关的试验及研究提供理论支持与经验参考。
隨著輸電線路電壓等級的提高,風譟聲等可聽譟聲問題日趨嚴重,已經成為線路設計、建設中必鬚要解決的環境問題之一。分彆介紹瞭輸電線路導線風譟聲、絕緣子串風譟聲和桿塔風譟聲及其產生機理,說明瞭風速、傳播距離等與風譟聲頻率之間的關繫;研究瞭有關輸電線路風譟聲的測量方法以及譟聲源的定位方法,按照數據用途提齣瞭所需測量的主要參數;介紹併討論瞭導線風譟聲水平的預測方法與評價手段,總結提齣瞭針對現有輸電線路及新設線路風譟聲的相關防治對策和實施方法,為今後開展相關的試驗及研究提供理論支持與經驗參攷。

Along with the increase of the voltage level of transmission lines, aeolian noises are becoming a growing environmental problem that must be addressed in the design and construction of transmission lines. Aeolian noises from wire, insulator string, poles and towers are introduced together with their production mechanism. The relationship of the wind speed, propagation distance affecting the frequency of aeolian noises is stated. Some measuring and locating methods about aeolian noises on transmission lines are investiga-ted, and the major parameters to be measured according to data-usage are extracted. The prediction and evaluation means of the aeolian noise from wire are discussed. Relevant preventing measures and implementation to eliminate or reduce the aeolian noise on current and future transmission lines are summarized to provide theoretical references for the future test and research.
