通过分析乌龙茶做青工艺,寻求雨青乌龙茶品质提升途径,提出最佳雨青乌龙茶做青工艺技术方案。采用空调做青,控制温度(18~23℃)、湿度(60%~75%),利用6CT-65型茶叶脱水机去除茶青表面水分,使用混合光(碘钨光)萎凋,最后采用多次、由轻到重的方法摇青,能够有效提高雨青茶品质。同时,开展茶园避雨措施研究,提出雨青乌龙茶品质提升研究方向。

Analyzing the partially fermentation process of Oolong tea aims to improve the quality of rain picking Oolong tea. In this study,we propose the best fermentation process of Oolong tea,using air conditioning controled the environment of fermentation process:temperature(18~23 ℃),humidity(60%~75%). Removed moisture on tea leaves by using 6CT-65 type tea dryer,and then using the mixed light withered leaves. Tossing leaves from mild to severe can effectively improve the rainy day picking Oolong tea quality. At the same time,studying on tea garden shelter measures also helped us propose the future research directions of rain picking Oolong tea quality improvement.
