目的:研究不同腮腺症状的原发性舍格伦综合征( primary Sj?gren’s syndrome,pSS)患者之间的血清学特征的差异性。方法:回顾性研究289名患者,均符合原发性舍格伦综合征(2002年修订的欧美联合诊断标准)。依据患者腮腺的临床特征,将患者分为以下4组:第1组(类肿瘤组)、第2组(感染组)、第3组(肿大组)、第4组(口干组)。对比各组之间的人口统计学和血清学特征。每两组之间结果的统计学分析用t检验,F检验,卡方检验,方差分析。结果:不同的腮腺临床特征的pSS患者具有不同的血清学表型。第1组的血清免疫球蛋白IgG值是4组中最高的,而补体C4是4组中最低的。第2组的血清免疫球蛋白IgE值是4组中最高的。第3组的血沉值是4组中最高的。结论:不同腮腺临床症状的pSS患者具有不同的血清学表型。这可能有助于增进我们对该疾病的认识。

목적:연구불동시선증상적원발성사격륜종합정( primary Sj?gren’s syndrome,pSS)환자지간적혈청학특정적차이성。방법:회고성연구289명환자,균부합원발성사격륜종합정(2002년수정적구미연합진단표준)。의거환자시선적림상특정,장환자분위이하4조:제1조(류종류조)、제2조(감염조)、제3조(종대조)、제4조(구간조)。대비각조지간적인구통계학화혈청학특정。매량조지간결과적통계학분석용t검험,F검험,잡방검험,방차분석。결과:불동적시선림상특정적pSS환자구유불동적혈청학표형。제1조적혈청면역구단백IgG치시4조중최고적,이보체C4시4조중최저적。제2조적혈청면역구단백IgE치시4조중최고적。제3조적혈침치시4조중최고적。결론:불동시선림상증상적pSS환자구유불동적혈청학표형。저가능유조우증진아문대해질병적인식。
Objective:To investigate the differences of serological profiles in primary Sj?gren’s Syndrome (pSS) and eval-uate their correlation with the clinical characteristics of parotid glands. Methods: The retrospective study included 289 patients who fulfilled the diagnosis for pSS adviced by American-European Consensus Group Criteria in 2002. The patients were categorized by the clinical features of parotid glands: group1 (massive group), group 2 (infection group), group 3 (swelling group) and group 4 (others). The demographic data and serological profiles among these groups were compared. Statistical analyses of the results between groups were performed using the Student t test, Fisher's exact test, chi-square and analysis of variance. Results: There was differences of serological profiles in accordance with the different clinical characteristics of parotid glands of pSS patients. Serum IgG value in Group 1 was the greatest, and complement C4 was lowest in four groups. Serum IgE value in Group 2 was the greatest and ESR in Group 3 was the greatest among the four groups. Conclusion: This study demonstrates the differences of serological profile in different clinical features of parotid glands of pSS patients, which may be benefit to advance our understanding of the disease.
