目的:应用经阴道实时三维超声造影(RT 3D-HyCoSy )评价不孕症患者输卵管功能,探讨其临床应用价值。方法对152例不孕症患者共296条输卵管行RT 3D-HyCoSy检查,观察二维超声及RT 3D-HyCoSy的声像图特征,分级评估输卵管功能,其中71例共139条输卵管与腹腔镜输卵管最低功能评估结果对照分析。结果 RT 3D-HyCoSy评价输卵管功能与腹腔镜输卵管最低功能评估具有较好的一致性(K=0.694),RT 3D-HyCoSy输卵管功能分级与腹腔镜最低功能分级相关(r=0.887,P<0.001)。结论 RT 3D-HyCoSy评估输卵管功能有望为不孕症患者提供一种安全、无创、可靠的了解输卵管功能状态的新途径。

Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal real-time three-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography(RT-3D-HyCoSy) with SonoVue in the assessment of tubal function. Methods A total of 152 infertile women underwent transvaginal RT-3D-HyCoSy, and their fallopian tube function were classificated into four grades. Fallopian tube function in 71 of them were assessed with least function scoring system under laparoscopy. The concistency and correlation between the two methods were investigated. Results RT-3D-HyCoSy and laparoscopy had good consistency and Kappa value was 0.694. The fallopian tube function grades based on RT-3D-HyCoSy were correlated with laparoscopic grades(r=0.877, P<0.001). Conclusion RT 3D-HyCoSy is an image technique which would provide an novel, safety and relible approach to assess fallopian tube function.
