目的：探讨改良型负压引流器在大型下颌骨囊性病变开窗术后的临床应用。方法：观察11例改良型负压引流器在大型下颌骨囊性病变中的应用，其中下颌骨大型角化囊性瘤10例，下颌骨单囊型成釉细胞瘤1例。遵医嘱佩戴改良型负压引流器，1个月复诊1次。结果：所有病例中，该装置均能完全与组织边缘贴合，负压保持良好。结论：改良型负压引流器是大型下颌骨囊性病变负压引流术治疗中较理想的装置。

목적：탐토개량형부압인류기재대형하합골낭성병변개창술후적림상응용。방법：관찰11례개량형부압인류기재대형하합골낭성병변중적응용，기중하합골대형각화낭성류10례，하합골단낭형성유세포류1례。준의촉패대개량형부압인류기，1개월복진1차。결과：소유병례중，해장치균능완전여조직변연첩합，부압보지량호。결론：개량형부압인류기시대형하합골낭성병변부압인류술치료중교이상적장치。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of a modified decompression drainage device in the treatment of large mandibular odontogenic cystic lesions. Methods:11 cases of large mandibular cystic lesions were retrospectively re-viewed. Among them, the mandibular keratocyst (10 cases) single capsular type ameloblastoma (1 case). The patient wore a modified form negative pressure drainage device and review once a month. Results: The device effectively maintained the negative pressure in situ in all cases. Conclusion: The modified suction cyst plug is an ideal device for decompression and suction drainage in the treatment of large mandibular odontogenic cystic lesions.
