目的:评价超声血管增强(VE)技术在颈动脉粥样硬化性狭窄(CAS)中的应用价值。方法 CAS患者70例,分别采用常规超声、彩色多普勒超声及VE技术检查颈动脉,测量颈动脉内径,计算狭窄率。结果70例患者超声共检出CAS轻度65条,中度43条,重度15条,完全闭塞1条。本组患者颈动脉狭窄处内径VE测值[(3.61±1.19)mm]与常规超声测值[(3.79±1.02)mm]和CDFI测值[(3.88±1.06)mm]比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 VE技术评估颈动脉轻、中、重度狭窄的敏感性分别为86.5%、77.8%、85.0%,特异性分别为94.8%、96.3%、95.5%。结论 VE技术能清晰显示颈动脉管腔和管壁结构,提高超声诊断颈动脉狭窄程度的准确性,具有较高的临床应用价值。

목적:평개초성혈관증강(VE)기술재경동맥죽양경화성협착(CAS)중적응용개치。방법 CAS환자70례,분별채용상규초성、채색다보륵초성급VE기술검사경동맥,측량경동맥내경,계산협착솔。결과70례환자초성공검출CAS경도65조,중도43조,중도15조,완전폐새1조。본조환자경동맥협착처내경VE측치[(3.61±1.19)mm]여상규초성측치[(3.79±1.02)mm]화CDFI측치[(3.88±1.06)mm]비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。 VE기술평고경동맥경、중、중도협착적민감성분별위86.5%、77.8%、85.0%,특이성분별위94.8%、96.3%、95.5%。결론 VE기술능청석현시경동맥관강화관벽결구,제고초성진단경동맥협착정도적준학성,구유교고적림상응용개치。
Objective To explore the application of vascular enhancement(VE) technology in the diagnosis of carotid atherosclerotic stenosis(CAS). Methods Seventy patients with CAS were examined by two-dimension, CDFI and VE. The carotid artery diameter were measured and percentages of stenosis were calculated. Rusults Sixty-five arteries with mild CAS, 43 with moderate CAS, 15 with serve CAS and 1 with complete occlusion were detected among seventy patients.The differences of CAS measurements between VE and two-dimension,CDFI were significant (P<0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of VE technology for the evaluation of CAS were 86.5%,77.8%,85.0%and 94.8%,96.3%,95.5%. Conclusion VE technology can show lumen and wall more clearly,thus improving the accuracy of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of CAS degree with a great value in clinic application.
