The paper researches the mode of community services for migrant children with the action research. Combi-ning with the mentoring program′s mode and the agency′s wisdom of practice,the research evaluates the community demands of migrant children,practicing the program and improving the formation of new practice mode to harvest the maximal benefit for well rounded-development of the community′s migrant children through rethinking constantly.
