根据宁夏高等教育发展的现状，并在分析中国高等教育发展趋势的基础上，结合宁夏高校工科教育发展的特点，研究提高宁夏工科乃至其它学科教育质量的制度和技术措施，提出了提升宁夏工科高等教育质量的具体策略。
根據寧夏高等教育髮展的現狀，併在分析中國高等教育髮展趨勢的基礎上，結閤寧夏高校工科教育髮展的特點，研究提高寧夏工科迺至其它學科教育質量的製度和技術措施，提齣瞭提升寧夏工科高等教育質量的具體策略。
근거저하고등교육발전적현상，병재분석중국고등교육발전추세적기출상，결합저하고교공과교육발전적특점，연구제고저하공과내지기타학과교육질량적제도화기술조시，제출료제승저하공과고등교육질량적구체책략。
According to the present situation of the development of Ningxia higher education ,based on the analysis of the development trend of China on higher education and combining the characteristics of the development of Ningxia higher engineering education ,the article attempts to research on impro‐ving the Ningxia engineering and other disciplines of education quality system and technical measures and put forward some specific strategies to improve the quality of higher education of the Ningxia Institute of technology .
