实行油气资源勘探开发一体化，可以加快勘探开发节奏，缩短从资源发现到建设产能的周期，降低储量的发现成本，早日获得经济效益，从而提高勘探开发的整体效益。本文从组织管理一体化、方案部署一体化、生产运行一体化、资料录取一体化和经营管理一体化五个方面，阐述了勘探开发一体化在青东5区块的应用及取得的效果。分析认为油气资源勘探开发一体化能够提高认识油气藏的准确度；满足勘探和开发密切结合的要求；加快勘探和开发的实施进程，提高勘探开发的整体效益。同时，“勘探开发一体化”理念在青东5区块的成功实践为同类型油藏的勘探开发提供了宝贵的经验。
