建立了用气相色谱-质谱法同时测定11中禁限用农药的方法。在EI模式下,以选择离子扫描(SIM)方式采集数据进行定量分析。11种农药在相应的质量范围内线性良好,变异系数小于3%,添加回收率介于90%~110%之间。方法具有快速、简便、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的优点,是较理想的分析方法。

Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established for the simultaneous detection of 11 restricted pesticides. In the EI mode, ion scanning(SIM) mode was used to collect data for quantitative analysis.11 Species of pesticides in the corresponding linear concentration range was fine, the variation coefficient was less than 3%. Recoveries were ranged between 90%~110%. The method with the advantages of convenience, fast speed, high precision and accuracy, and good linear correlations, was an ideal analysis method.
