Ni负载催化剂在天然气化工和煤化工等工业中应用广泛,积炭失活是影响催化剂寿命的主要原因之一。提高催化剂抗积炭性能是Ni负载催化剂研究的重点。综述了Ni催化剂积炭方式、积炭形成机理和积炭对催化剂活性的影响,探讨了添加助剂、改性催化剂载体表面和孔结构、调节反应气氛等抑制催化剂积炭的方法。

Ni supported catalysts were widely used in natural gas chemical industry and coal chemical industry, and carbon deactivation was a predominant factor for catalyst lifetime. Enhancing anti-carbon deposition performances was a key point for Ni supported catalysts. The modes of carbon deposition on Ni catalysts, mechanism of coke formation and its effect on catalyst deactivation were reviewed, and some methods for restraining carbon deposition, including adding assistants, modifying support surface and pore structure and conditioning reaction atmosphere were discussed.
