为增强搅拌槽内流体的流动特性,设计一种半圆管形挡板,采用标准k-ε模型和多重参考系法对其内部湍流流场进行研究。通过与实验结果的比较,验证了所建模型和模拟方法的可靠性,随后对搅拌槽内的流场、速度和湍动能分布及功率消耗进行分析,并与标准搅拌槽进行对比。结果表明,半圆管挡板能提高流体速度分布的均匀程度,增大流体的轴向和切向速度以及湍动能,而且功率消耗略降低约5%,具有一定的节能功效。

위증강교반조내류체적류동특성,설계일충반원관형당판,채용표준k-ε모형화다중삼고계법대기내부단류류장진행연구。통과여실험결과적비교,험증료소건모형화모의방법적가고성,수후대교반조내적류장、속도화단동능분포급공솔소모진행분석,병여표준교반조진행대비。결과표명,반원관당판능제고류체속도분포적균균정도,증대류체적축향화절향속도이급단동능,이차공솔소모략강저약5%,구유일정적절능공효。
For the purpose of improving the hydrodynamics in stirred tanks,a half-circle-tube baffle stirred tank was de-veloped and the turbulent flow characteristics in it were studied using the standard k-εmodel and the multiple reference frame (MRF)method.The modeling and simulation method were validated by comparisons with the experimental re-sults from the reported literature.Subsequently,the flow fields,velocity and turbulent kinetic energy distributions,and power consumption were analyzed and compared with their counterparts in the standard stirred tank.The results showed that the new configuration developed here has the advantage of enhancing the uniformity of fluid velocity distribution, improving the axial and tangential velocity,as well as the turbulent kinetic energy.Besides,the power consumption can be reduced about 5%,which has the advantage of energy saving.
