目的:探讨低聚果糖的降血脂作用和机制。方法体内实验:30只昆明种小鼠随机分为对照组、实验低剂量、高剂量共3组,每组10只。实验组小鼠分别灌胃低聚果糖0.8,2.5 g/kg,对照组灌胃等剂量蒸馏水,一日1次,连续30 d,测定血清和肝组织中甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)含量。体外实验:测定低聚果糖对高脂血症模型动物血清胆固醇的吸附能力;模拟人体胃和肠道pH环境,取一定量低聚果糖,分别加入猪油、花生油、蛋黄,测定不同pH时低聚果糖吸附甘油三酯和胆固醇的能力。结果体内实验中,实验组小鼠血清TG含量低于对照组(P<0.01)。低聚果糖对高脂血症模型动物血清胆固醇的吸附率为46.87%。pH 3.0,pH 7.0时,低聚果糖对猪油的吸附能力较强;pH 7.0时,对花生油和胆固醇的吸附能力较强。结论低聚果糖能降低正常小鼠血清TG含量,并可减少胃肠道对猪油、花生油和胆固醇的吸收,提示低聚果糖是影响脂类吸收、代谢的重要因素。

목적:탐토저취과당적강혈지작용화궤제。방법체내실험:30지곤명충소서수궤분위대조조、실험저제량、고제량공3조,매조10지。실험조소서분별관위저취과당0.8,2.5 g/kg,대조조관위등제량증류수,일일1차,련속30 d,측정혈청화간조직중감유삼지(TG)、총담고순(TC)함량。체외실험:측정저취과당대고지혈증모형동물혈청담고순적흡부능력;모의인체위화장도pH배경,취일정량저취과당,분별가입저유、화생유、단황,측정불동pH시저취과당흡부감유삼지화담고순적능력。결과체내실험중,실험조소서혈청TG함량저우대조조(P<0.01)。저취과당대고지혈증모형동물혈청담고순적흡부솔위46.87%。pH 3.0,pH 7.0시,저취과당대저유적흡부능력교강;pH 7.0시,대화생유화담고순적흡부능력교강。결론저취과당능강저정상소서혈청TG함량,병가감소위장도대저유、화생유화담고순적흡수,제시저취과당시영향지류흡수、대사적중요인소。
Objective To explore the hypolipidemic effect and action mechanism of fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS). Methods In vivo experiment, 30 Kunming mices were randomly divided into three groups, including contorl group and two trail groups, all mice were fed normal feed. Moreover the animals in the two trail groups were fed FOS at the dose of 0.8 or 2.5 g/kg respectively, while the mice in contorl group were fed the same dose of water once a day for 30 days. The levels of triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) in serum and hepatic tissues were assayed. In vitro, the absorption capacity of FOS on TC in serum of hyperlipidemia rats was determined;the absorption capacity of FOS on lard, peanut oil and cholesterol in yolk at different pH was also determined. Results In vivo experiment, compared with the control group, the level of TG in serum decreased significantly (P<0.01). In vitro tests, the adsorption capacity of FOS on lard was the higher at pH 3.0 and pH 7.0, and the absorption capacity of FOS on peanut oil and cholesterol was higher at pH 7.0. The adsorption rate of FOS on TC in serum of hyperlipidemia rats was 46.87%. Conclusion FOS can reduce serum TG levels of normal mice, and can reduce the gastrointestinal absorption of lard, peanut oil, and cholesterol. All above results prompt that FOS is one factor influencing absorption and metabolism of lipids.
