目的:研究海金沙总黄酮(Flavones from Lygodium japonicum, FLJ)对血管新生的影响。方法应用鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(chick chorioallantoic membrane, CAM)模型,于鸡胚孵育的第8天,使用微量移液器对CAM加以FLJ及空白对照溶液处理,继续孵育48 h,收集数据进行评估;鸡胚卵黄囊膜(yolk sac membrane, YSM)血管生成模型,于鸡胚孵育2 d后,将药物加于鸡胚卵黄囊膜上,分别于加药0,12 h在体视显微镜下拍照,收集数据进行评估。结果与空白对照组相比, CAM模型高、中剂量药物组加药口处血管生成明显减少,YSM模型高、中剂量药物组新生血管密度增长率及数目均明显减少。结论海金沙总黄酮对血管生成有一定抑制作用,并呈现剂量依赖性。

Objective To study the inhibitory effect of flavonoids from Lygodium japonicum (Thunb.) Sw. (FLJ) on angiogenesis. Methods On the eighth day of incubation, the model of chicken chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) was treated with FLJ and blank reference solution. After incubating for about 48 hours, the data were collected for the evaluation. After two days of incubation, the model of yolk sac membrane (YSM) was treated with FLJ and the blank reference solution. The data were collected for the evaluation by taking photos with stereoscopic microscope at 0 h and 12 h after medicating. Results In CAM model, compared with control group, neovessels of the groups treated with high and medium dosage of FLJ markedly decreased, and the growth rate of density and number of neovessels of the groups treated with high and medium dosage of FLJ in YSM model significantly decreased. Conclusion FLJ can obviously inhibit the angiogenesis in a dose-dependent manner.
