The typical, conventional and optimized process of pneumatic convey system are introduced in this paper. The typical process are found suitable for optimization by comparing the various ones. The optimized process are simple by reducing the number of equipment and materials with energy consumption resin powder consumption rate reducing. Furthermore, the operation are easier with the operating frequency and operator workload decreasing. The costs of investment, operation and loss of the products are reduced as well.
