针对河南省白龟山水库水情自动测报系统的现状,提出以短信和北斗卫星2种信道同时作为系统主信道的升级改造方案,极大地增强系统的稳定可靠性和抵抗自然灾害能力,解决在连续阴雨天气、交流电停电、网络中断等极端条件下系统不能独立正常运行的问题。其在利用北斗通信信道方面作出的成功探索,对其它水情自动测报系统的建设有很好的借鉴意义。
針對河南省白龜山水庫水情自動測報繫統的現狀,提齣以短信和北鬥衛星2種信道同時作為繫統主信道的升級改造方案,極大地增彊繫統的穩定可靠性和牴抗自然災害能力,解決在連續陰雨天氣、交流電停電、網絡中斷等極耑條件下繫統不能獨立正常運行的問題。其在利用北鬥通信信道方麵作齣的成功探索,對其它水情自動測報繫統的建設有很好的藉鑒意義。

In view of the current situation of automatic hydrologic information measuring and reporting system in Baiguishan Reservoir of Henan province, this paper presents the system upgrading scheme with two channels of SMS and satellite as main channels at the same time. It greatly enhances the system reliability and the ability of resisting natural disasters, and solves the problem of the abnormal operation of the system under some extreme conditions of continuous overcast and rainy weather, AC power or network disconnecting. Its successful application in using the Beidou communication channel sets up a good example for constructing other automatic hydrologic information measuring and reporting systems.
