西门子GSP煤气化技术是目前比较先进的一种气流床气化技术。进料器是GSP气化工艺流程中粉煤密相输送系统的关键设备,其结构复杂,国内首次制造,制造过程中遵循国标TSG R0004-2009和美国ASME双重标准,笔者从设备备料、焊接、机械加工、无损检测和装配等方面做了简单介绍,重点阐述进料器制造过程中的难点和需要注意的问题。

Siemens GSP gasification is one of advanced gasification technology recently. The feeder vessel in it is a key equipment in GSP gasification process of pulverized coal dense phase conveying system, whose structure is complicated and manufactured domestically for the first time. During manufacturing, factory must follow the national standard TSG R0004 and American standard ASME. The equipment preparation, welding, machinery processing, nondestructive testing and assembly, etc. are introduced in this paper. The difficulties and problems existed in manufacturing are presented in emphasis.
