This paper systematically analyzed the reason of the chemical characteristics of turbine unit starting, stopping, and operation process of the change of the condition of rotor and cylinderexpansion differential expansion cause, explorecl the variation analysis of differential expansion,summed up the differential expansion of the impact of change on the run, put forward prevention measures, control measures and matters needing attention in operation, personnel in the actual production operation has great guiding significance.
