针对油田老平台火炬对新建平台海上施工有可能产生不利影响,根据相关标准规范要求,应用专业的火炬模拟分析软件Flaresim分别校核火炬在连续泄放及紧急泄放工况下产生的热辐射强度及噪音,得出在紧急泄放工况下火炬会对新建平台有一定影响,并给出了解决方案。

And a conclusion that flare in the old platform will affect new platform in the emergency case. Finally, conclusions and recommendations are obtained.
