利用CO2红外气体分析仪对测定植物种子CO2呼吸速率的小篮子法进行了改进。结果表明:改良小篮子法操作简便,可实时监测数据变化,测定的实验数据准确度较高,变异系数较小,在一定程度上克服了传统小篮子法的缺陷,使实验测定更具科学性和严谨性,可用于本科生植物生理学实验教学。
利用CO2紅外氣體分析儀對測定植物種子CO2呼吸速率的小籃子法進行瞭改進。結果錶明:改良小籃子法操作簡便,可實時鑑測數據變化,測定的實驗數據準確度較高,變異繫數較小,在一定程度上剋服瞭傳統小籃子法的缺陷,使實驗測定更具科學性和嚴謹性,可用于本科生植物生理學實驗教學。

The small-skep-method measuring CO2respiratory rate of plant seeds was improved utilizing CO 2 Infrared Gas Analyzer.The results showed that the modified small-skep-method was simple in operation and could monitor the data changes real -timely.Compared with the traditional method , the experimental data measured by the modified method had higher accuracy , and the coefficient of varia-tion was smaller .The modified small-skep-method could overcome the defects of the traditional method to some extent , and make more scientific and rigorous experimental determination , so which can be used for undergraduate plant physiology experimental teaching .
