“文化大革命”结束以后，从邓小平第三次复出前后至党的十二大召开，这一时期在进行着一场极为重要的渐进政治改革，其逻辑出发点是“人民根本利益”，突破口和基本内容是社会政治主体的政治思想的解放和政治心理的革新，从而得以有效启动和推进改革开放初期的中国政治发展，并逐渐形成了中国特色社会主义民主政治发展道路、民主政治理论体系和民主政治制度体系。这场渐进政治改革是推进当代中国政治发展及整个改革开放和社会主义现代化事业的基本途径和必由之路。
“文化大革命”結束以後，從鄧小平第三次複齣前後至黨的十二大召開，這一時期在進行著一場極為重要的漸進政治改革，其邏輯齣髮點是“人民根本利益”，突破口和基本內容是社會政治主體的政治思想的解放和政治心理的革新，從而得以有效啟動和推進改革開放初期的中國政治髮展，併逐漸形成瞭中國特色社會主義民主政治髮展道路、民主政治理論體繫和民主政治製度體繫。這場漸進政治改革是推進噹代中國政治髮展及整箇改革開放和社會主義現代化事業的基本途徑和必由之路。

From Deng Xiaoping’s third political comeback after the “Cultural Revolution” to the 12th National Congress of CPC, an extremely important incremental political reform was being implemented during this period. Its logical starting point was “the funda-mental interests of the people”. The breakthrough and basic content of this reform was the liberation and innovation of people ’s political thoughts and political psychology. Thus, it could effectively start and push forward China ’s reform and opening up and contemporary China’s political development. Consequently, China gradually formed its road of democratic political development with China ’s Charac-teristics, and its theoretical system of democracy and its democratic political institutional system. This incremental political reform has been promoting contemporary China ’s political development and has become a basic approach and the only rational way for the whole reform and opening up and the great cause of China ’s socialist modernization construction.
