乳房Paget病（MPD）和乳房外Paget病（EPD）是一种少见的皮肤恶性肿瘤，皮损特征常为红斑、浸润或溃疡等湿疹样表现。该文针对某些相关蛋白在MPD、EPD中的表达，及其对MPD和EPD的诊断、鉴别诊断、组织来源和预后的意义作一综述。

Mammary and extramammary Paget’s disease is a kind of uncommon intraepithelial adenocarcinomas, which often characterized by erythema, inifltration, ulcers, eczema-like performance and so on. The expression of some proteins related to the disease and their signiifcance involved in the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, histologic origin and prognosis of MPD and EPD have been reviewed.
