目的：了解牙源性皮瘘临床特点，减少误诊。方法总结2011年3月—2014年2月患者的临床资料，对牙源性皮瘘临床特点、误诊、治疗等情况进行分析。结果19例因面部皮损到皮肤科就诊的患者，经口腔科治疗牙病后，皮损均治愈。随访半年无复发。结论牙源性皮瘘患者常因牙齿症状不明显而在皮肤科、外科等诊治，最终被误诊、漏诊。早期正确的诊断和治疗，可使患者避免服用不必要的抗生素及手术治疗。本病应与多种皮肤病相鉴别，接诊时应详细询问病史。
목적：료해아원성피루림상특점，감소오진。방법총결2011년3월—2014년2월환자적림상자료，대아원성피루림상특점、오진、치료등정황진행분석。결과19례인면부피손도피부과취진적환자，경구강과치료아병후，피손균치유。수방반년무복발。결론아원성피루환자상인아치증상불명현이재피부과、외과등진치，최종피오진、루진。조기정학적진단화치료，가사환자피면복용불필요적항생소급수술치료。본병응여다충피부병상감별，접진시응상세순문병사。
ObjectiveTo reveal the clinical features of odontogenic cutaneous ifstula, so as to reduce misdiagnosis of the disease. MethodsThe analysis of clinical manifestations, misdiagnosis and treatment was carried out in patients with odontogenic cutaneous ifstula from March, 2011 to February, 2014.ResultsAll the 19 cases of odontogenic cutaneous ifstula were cured by stomatologist, no recurrence occurred after half a year fellow-up.ConclusionPatients with odontogenic cutaneous ifstula usually have no obvious dental symptoms, possible dental etiology may be overlooked, thus the patients often seek treatment from physicians instead of dentists and the etiology is frequently misdiagnosed. Early correct diagnosis and treatment of these lesions can help prevent unnecessary and ineffective antibiotic therapy or surgical treatment. The disease should be distinguished from other dermatosis. The history of the disease should be investigated in details during the history taking so as to reduce misdiagnosis.
