目的：探讨CT扫描在叶间胸膜转移瘤中的应用价值。方法选择2006—2013年丰县人民医院收治的叶间胸膜转移瘤患者12例，均采用螺旋CT扫描，回顾性分析其影像学资料。结果12例患者CT扫描表现为叶间胸膜不规则增厚及沿叶间胸膜走行、呈串珠样或簇状排列的多发结节。伴胸腔积液10例（占83.3％），其中两侧8例，左、右单侧各1例；除1例以胸膜转移瘤为主外，余均伴肺内多发转移、其他位置胸膜广泛性转移瘤。结节8~26个，平均（17.0±1.7）个；且结节类型以混合型为主。结论 CT扫描能清楚显示叶间胸膜转移瘤形态大小、结节个数、结节类型及有无胸腔积液，具有较高的诊断价值。
목적：탐토CT소묘재협간흉막전이류중적응용개치。방법선택2006—2013년봉현인민의원수치적협간흉막전이류환자12례，균채용라선CT소묘，회고성분석기영상학자료。결과12례환자CT소묘표현위협간흉막불규칙증후급연협간흉막주행、정천주양혹족상배렬적다발결절。반흉강적액10례（점83.3％），기중량측8례，좌、우단측각1례；제1례이흉막전이류위주외，여균반폐내다발전이、기타위치흉막엄범성전이류。결절8~26개，평균（17.0±1.7）개；차결절류형이혼합형위주。결론 CT소묘능청초현시협간흉막전이류형태대소、결절개수、결절류형급유무흉강적액，구유교고적진단개치。
Objective To investigate the value of CT scan on interlobar pleural metastasis. Methods A total of 12 patients with interlobar pleural metastasis were selected in the People's Hospital of Fengxian County from 2006 to 2013,and their imaging data was retrospectively analyzed. Results The imaging performance included irregular thickening of interlobar pleura, multiple nodules distributed along with interlobar pleura, looks like beads - on - string or clusters. Ten cases found pleural effusion,including 8 cases with both side pleural effusion,1 case with left side pleural effusion and 1 case with right pleural effusion. Eleven cases found lung multiple transfers or other extensively transfers of tumours. The nodules amount was 8 to 26 of every patient,average at(17. 0 ± 1. 7),and most of them were mixed type. Conclusion CT scan has certain diagnostic value on interlobar pleural metastasis,can clearly show the form,size,nodules amount,nodules type and pleural effusion.
