针对目前燃气喷嘴流量测量精度普遍偏低的问题，通过分析现有燃气喷嘴流量测量方法，提出了一种基于排水称重原理的气体流量测量方法，并建立相应测量及控制平台。通过将该测量平台应用于某液化石油气发动机燃气喷嘴喷气流量测量，成功获取了燃气喷嘴流量特性曲线，测量数据的稳定性和一致性较高，符合气体发动机标定要求。经试验验证，所提出的燃气喷嘴喷气流量测量方法原理简单有效，测量平台所获测量数据可适用于气体发动机标定工作需求。

The existing methods of gas nozzle flow measurement were analyzed .It was found that present gas nozzle flow measurement accuracy is generally low .A kind of flow measurement method was put forward , which was based on the principle of drainage and weighing .Then the corresponding measurement and control platform was established .The measurement platform was applied to a LPG engine gas nozzle flow measurement;the gas nozzle flow characteristic curve was successfully obtained .The measurement data have high stability and consistency;and they conform to the requirements of the gas engine calibration .Veri-fied by test, the proposed principle of gas nozzle flow measurement is simple and effective;and the measurement data obtained by measurement platform can be applied to gas engine calibration .
