根据机务段机车整备过程的实际情况，设计了一种三层体系结构B／S模式下采用CORBA （ com-mon object request broker architecture ）结构模式的整备过程管理模块，介绍了三层体系结构B／S模式和CORBA模式的基本概念，以及整备过程模块各组成部分的功能架构及其实现形式。采用成组技术规范传统的机统－6（ JT－6）活件专业的分类，提高了活件故障原因分析和预测的准确性。该模块可以使机车整备过程的作业分工更加明确，效率更高，质量更好，从而提高生产过程中的经济效益。

Based on the present situation in locomotive servicing preparation of locomotive depot , the locomotive servicing preparation system was designed with the three -tier structure B/S mode and CORBA structure .The conception of the three -tier structure B/S mode and CORBA structure were introduced .The function and implementation of the system were described .The specialty varieties of component were standardized in the JT -6 with GT-group technology that improved the accuracy of analysis and prediction on the reason of malfunction .The system makes the locomotive servicing preparation to be clear division , more ef-ficiency and higher quality .Thus economic benefits can be promoted during the production process .
