卫生法学课程设置的目的，是为了使医学生了解与医药卫生有关的法律法规，明确医务人员在医药卫生工作中的权利和义务，正确履行岗位职责。通过案例式教学的探索和实践，形成了“1＋3（以案说法）”的教学模式。实践证明，这种教学模式是有效的，为大学生所认可，今后在案例选取上要更注重增强师资力量、典型性和优化案例教学模式等。

Health law ,the purpose of the curriculum is to make medical students understand the law s and regulations related to the pharmaceutical and health care ,clear right and obligation of medical staff in medical and health work ;correctly implement responsibility of the position .Through the ex‐ploration and practice of case type teaching ,formed the“1 + 3 (with case)” mode of teaching .Prac‐tice has proved that this teaching model is effective ,for college students ,in the future in case selec‐tion should pay more attention to enhance faculty ,typicality and optimize the mode of case teaching .
